Fear is one of the primary emotion triggered by perceived danger, which leads an individual into fight or Flight mode. It causes both physical and psychological responses like increased heart rate, heightened alertness and avoidance behaviors. While fear is essential for survival, continuously staying in a defensive state can disrupt emotional balance, invoke stress, anxiety, physical agitation & ailment.

To break the chain, theraputic work is done to release the emotional charges from Mind & body. Reset nervous system & vitals back into neutral state. Therapy is also followed by mindfulness techniques such as grounding exercises, integrating awareness & trust building activities.
